 I want to make a difference, and I genuinely want to help people. I feel strong and in a steady place that I can do that, and do that well.  I feel that that the long road I have been down battling Bipolar Disorder is worth sharing because I really have found a way to manage it naturally.  I want to raise awareness about this disorder and the plain and simple FACT that those who have it DO NOT need to be medicated forever to function in society.  This is my purpose to be on this web site and through my blogs I will unfold my story in hopes that it will help and inspire those and those around people who struggle with this disorder.

I feel very strongly that if a person suffering from this disorder chooses to stop taking their medication, they should do so under the care of a professional.
